A lot of activity in Bellevue’s Spring District – an area roughly bounded by I-405, WA-520, and Bel-Red Road – is development-driven. While many of the properties that have recently traded are still operating as office, retail, or light industrial buildings, their zoning, Spring District location, and proximity to current development projects suggests that they will be developed within the next few years.
